注塑模具成形零件的设计一般要先设计模具型腔的数量和排位。模具的型腔不能简单的套用机械零件的尺寸公差,塑件的尺寸精度寸会受到塑件结构,塑件原料和生产时塑件收缩率等很多因素的影响,所以,模具型腔的排位要遵循一定的原则,才能符合模具制造的要求。

1.流道短原则:防止浇注系统凝料,还可节约钢材及模具制造成本,提高注塑过程产品的合格率。

3.压力平衡原则:使模具在注射时承受涨型力的合力靠近模具中心,与注塑机的锁模力在同一条直线上,避免不平衡的流动导致分子取向不规则,引起收缩率不一致。
