注塑加工过程中须注意的操作细节

There are some operation rules for injection molding. We must know that safety is very critical. Today, Jinan injection molding processing factory will share with you and improve our safety awareness.
1.注塑厂始终保持注塑机及其周围环境整洁。注塑机周围的空间应尽可能保持畅通。加入润滑油或压力油后,应尽快擦净泄漏的油。仅在清理胶桶上的碎屑(例如橡胶颗粒)以避免起火后才能打开电加热器。如果不需要大修机器或在要时,请勿随意取下熔化器管上的隔热罩。
1. The injection molding plant always keeps the injection molding machine and its surrounding environment clean. The space around the injection molding machine should be kept as smooth as possible. After adding lubricating oil or pressure oil, wipe up the leaked oil as soon as possible. Only turn on the electric heater after cleaning the debris (such as rubber particles) on the rubber bucket to avoid fire. If it is not necessary to overhaul the machine or when necessary, do not remove the heat shield on the melter tube at will.
2.在进行注射处理之前,请在操作过程中检查是否可以通过按下紧急按钮或打开门来终止夹紧。
2. Before injection, please check whether clamping can be terminated by pressing the emergency button or opening the safety door during operation.
3.向前移动射击台时,请勿用手除去从喷嘴泄漏的深层胶水,以免将手捏在射击台和模具之间,并造成物理损坏。清洁机筒时,将喷嘴温度调节合适的较高温度,以保持喷嘴畅通无阻,然后使用低的注射压力和速度除去机筒中残留的橡胶。在清洁过程中,请勿直接用手触摸它。刚被射击的橡胶混合物,以免被燃烧。
3. When moving the shooting table forward, please do not remove the deep glue leaked from the nozzle with your hands to avoid pinching your hands between the shooting table and the mold and causing physical damage. When cleaning the barrel, adjust the nozzle temperature to a suitable higher temperature to keep the nozzle unblocked, and then use low injection pressure and speed to remove the residual rubber in the barrel. Do not touch it directly with your hands during cleaning. Rubber mixture just shot to avoid burning.
4.避免将热敏性和腐蚀性塑料在桶中放置太长时间,并严格遵循塑料供应商提供的关机和清洁方法。更换塑料时,请确保新旧塑料的混合不会产生化学反应,否则须使用其他塑料去除机筒中的残留材料。
4. Avoid placing heat sensitive and corrosive plastics in the barrel for too long, and strictly follow the shutdown and cleaning methods provided by the plastic supplier. When replacing plastics, please ensure that the mixing of new and old plastics will not produce chemical reaction, otherwise other plastics must be used to remove the residual materials in the barrel.

5.请勿取消门或开关以提高生产速度。注塑之前,请检查模具是否牢固地安装在注塑机的可移动模板和顶板上。注意注塑机的地线和其他接线是否正确连接。
5. Do not cancel the safety door or safety switch to improve the production speed. Before injection molding, please check whether the mold is firmly installed on the movable template and top plate of the injection molding machine. Pay attention to whether the ground wire and other wiring of the injection molding machine are correctly connected.
6.安装模具时,须先将起重环完全拧入模具起重孔中,然后再起吊。安装模具后,应根据模具尺寸调整注塑机杆的长度,以便在打开门时,机器挡块(机械锁)可以停止注塑从锁定的机器。
6. When installing the mold, the lifting ring must be completely screwed into the mold lifting hole before lifting. After installing the mold, adjust the length of the safety bar of the injection molding machine according to the mold size, so that when the safety door is opened, the machine safety stop (mechanical lock) can stop injection molding from the locked machine.
7.在正常注塑过程中,严禁操作员在未打开门的情况下从注塑机上方或下方取出注塑件。检查模具或暂时不生产时,应及时关闭注塑机的油泵电机。
7. During the normal injection molding process, it is strictly forbidden for the operator to take out the injection molding parts from above or below the injection molding machine without opening the safety door. When checking the mold or temporarily stopping production, the oil pump motor of the injection molding machine should be turned off in time.
8.在注塑过程中,一个人可以操作,不允许多人同时操作。禁止操作控制面板,而另一个则同时调节模具或执行其他操作。
8. In the injection molding process, one person can operate, and multiple persons are not allowed to operate at the same time. It is prohibited to operate the control panel, while the other one adjusts the mold or performs other operations at the same time.
