  一、精密锻造工艺及方法
  1、 Precision forging process and method
  目前,已有多种精密锻造工艺在生产中得到应用。根据成形温度的不同,可分为热精锻、冷精锻、温精锻、复合精锻、等温精锻等。

  1.1热精锻工艺

  超再结晶温度的精锻工艺称为热精锻。热精锻材料具有较低的变形抗力,良好的塑性,容易形成较复杂的工件,但由于强氧化作用,工件表面质量和尺寸精度较低。热精锻的常用工艺是闭式模锻。

  1.2冷精锻工艺

  冷精锻是在室温下进行的工艺。冷精锻工艺具有以下特点:工件形状和尺寸易于控制,避免高温造成误差;强度高,精度高,表面质量好。冷锻成形工艺中,工件塑性差,抗变形能力强,对模具和设备要求高,且难以形成复杂零件。

  1.3温度精锻工艺

  温精锻是在低于再结晶温度的合适温度下进行的工艺。温暖锻造的精密成形工艺不仅克服了大变形阻力的局限性在冷锻成型,零件的形状不应太复杂,需要增加中间热处理和表面处理的步骤,而且还克服了降低表面质量和尺寸精度的问题,由于强烈的氧化热锻。它既有冷锻和热锻的优点,又克服了冷锻和热锻的缺点。
  Warm precision forging is carried out at a proper temperature lower than the recrystallization temperature. The precision forming process of warm forging not only overcomes the limitation of large deformation resistance in cold forging forming, the shape of parts should not be too complex, and the steps of intermediate heat treatment and surface treatment need to be increased, but also overcomes the problem of reducing surface quality and dimensional accuracy due to the strong oxidation hot forging. It not only has the advantages of cold forging and hot forging, but also overcomes the disadvantages of cold forging and hot forging.
  1.4复合精密锻造工艺

  随着精密锻件的复杂化和精度要求的提高,单纯的冷、温、热锻件工艺已不能满足要求。复合精锻工艺将冷锻、溢流锻和热锻工艺结合在一起完成工件的锻造,可以充分发挥冷、温、热锻的优点,抛弃冷、温、热锻的缺点。

  等温精密锻造是指坯料在恒温条件下模锻成形。航天工业中,等温模锻常用于钛合金、铝合金、镁合金等耐火材料的精密成形,近年来也用于汽车、机械等有色金属的精密成形。等温锻造主要用于锻造温度较窄的金属材料,特别是对变形温度敏感的钛合金。
