产品出现阴阳面可以说是很多注塑模具厂生产中时常会遇到的一大难题。就阴阳面这类质量缺陷而言,它的出现一般与模具以及产品自身结构都有着直接的关系,而且与注塑模具的设计制作也密切相关,所以,只有注重好每一个细节,综合考虑各方面的问题,产品阴阳面的问题才能够得到解决。下面就注塑模具加工中,产品阴阳面的具体产生原因及相应的解决方案作以如下简单分析。
