注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具;也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具。主要应用于工业领域,注塑模具的浇注系统又称流道系统,它是将塑料熔体由注射机喷嘴引向型腔的一组进料通道,通常由主流道、分流道、浇口和冷料穴组成。它直接关系到塑料制品的成型质量和生产效率。
Injection mold is a kind of tool for producing plastic products, and it is also a tool for giving plastic products complete structure and accurate size. It is mainly used in the industrial field. The gating system of injection mold is also called runner system. It is a group of feeding channels that lead the plastic melt from the injection machine nozzle to the cavity, which is usually composed of main channel, shunt channel, gate and cold material cavity. It is directly related to the molding quality and production efficiency of plastic products.
1、主流道
1. Main channel
它是模具中连接注塑机射嘴至分流道或型腔的一段通道。主流道顶部呈凹形以便与喷嘴衔接。主流道进口直径应略大于喷嘴直径(O.8mm)以避免溢料,并防止两者因衔接不准而发生的堵截。进口直径根据制品大小而定,一般为4-8mm。主流道直径应向内扩大呈3°到5°的角度,以便流道赘物的脱模。
It is a section of channel connecting injection nozzle of injection molding machine to shunt channel or cavity in mold. The top of the sprue is concave to connect with the nozzle. The diameter of the inlet of the main channel should be slightly larger than that of the nozzle (o.8mm) to avoid overflow and to prevent the two from blocking due to improper connection. The inlet diameter depends on the size of the product, generally 4-8mm. The diameter of the sprue should be enlarged inward at an angle of 3 ° to 5 ° to facilitate the demoulding of the runner vegetation.
2、、浇口

浇口也称为进料口,是分流道和模穴间的狭小通口,也是更为短小肉薄的部分。其作用在于利用紧缩流动面而使塑料达到加速的效果,高剪切率可使塑料流动性良好(由于塑料的切变致稀特性);黏滞加热的升温效果也有提升料温、降低黏度的作用。?
The gate, also known as the feed gate, is the narrow gate between the runner and the mold cavity, and is also the most short and thin part. Its function is to use the compact flow surface to accelerate the effect of plastic, high shear rate can make the plastic fluidity is good (due to the shear thinning properties of plastic); the heating effect of viscosity heating can also improve the material temperature and reduce the viscosity. ?
在成型完毕后,浇口固化封口,有防止塑料回流,以及避免模穴压力下降过快,使成型品产生收缩凹陷的功能。成型后,则方便剪除,以分离流道系统及塑件。

3、冷料穴
3. Cold hole
它是设在主流道末端的一个空穴,用以捕集射嘴端部两次注射之间所产生的冷料,从而防止分流道或浇口的堵塞。如果冷料一旦混入型腔,则所制制品中就容易产生内应力。冷料穴的直径约8一lOmm,深度为6mm。为了便于脱模,其底部常由脱模杆承担。脱模杆的顶部宜设计成曲折钩形或设下陷沟槽,以便脱模时能顺利拉出主流道赘物。
It is a hole at the end of the sprue to catch the cold material produced between two injections at the end of the nozzle, so as to prevent the blockage of the splitter or gate. If the cold material once mixed into the cavity, the product is easy to produce internal stress. The diameter of the cold hole is about 8-10 mm and the depth is 6 mm. In order to facilitate demoulding, the bottom of the mould is usually borne by a demoulding rod. The top of the demoulding rod should be designed as a zigzag hook or a depression groove, so that the main channel vegetation can be pulled out smoothly during demoulding.
4、分流道
4. Shunt
它是多槽模中连接主流道和各个型腔的通道。为使熔料以等速度充满各型腔,分流道在塑模上的排列应成对称和等距离分布。分流道截面的形状和尺寸对塑料熔体的流动、制品脱模和模具制造的难易都有影响。如果按相等料量的流动来说,则以圆形截面的流道阻力更小。但因圆柱形流道的比表面小,对分流道赘物的冷却不利,而且这种分流道必须开设在两半模上,既费工又易对准。
It is the channel connecting the main channel and each cavity in the multi slot die. In order to make the melt fill each cavity at the same speed, the distributary channel should be arranged symmetrically and equidistantly on the mold. The shape and size of splitter section have influence on the flow of plastic melt, demoulding of products and difficulty of mold manufacturing. If the flow rate is equal, the resistance of circular section is the least. However, because of the small specific surface area of the cylindrical channel, it is not conducive to the cooling of the shunt channel vegetations. Moreover, this kind of shunt channel must be set on two half dies, which is labor-intensive and easy to align.
因此,经常采用的是梯形或半圆形截面的分流道,且开设在带有脱模杆的一半模具上。流道表面必须抛光以减少流动阻力提供较快的充模速度。流道的尺寸决定于塑料品种,制品的尺寸和厚度。对大多数热塑性塑料来说,分流道截面宽度均不超过8m,特大的可达10一12m,特小的2-3m。在满足需要的前提下应尽量减小截面积,以免增加分流道赘物和延长冷却时间。
Therefore, the trapezoidal or semicircular cross-section shunt channel is often used, and it is set on the half mold with demoulding rod. The runner surface must be polished to reduce flow resistance and provide a faster filling speed. The size of the runner depends on the type of plastic, the size and thickness of the product. For most thermoplastic plastics, the section width of diversion channel is no more than 8 m, the extra large one can reach 10-12 m, and the very small one is 2-3 M. On the premise of meeting the needs, the cross-sectional area should be reduced as far as possible, so as to avoid the increase of the shunt duct bulks and the extension of cooling time.
