注塑模具排气系统设置的重要作用

注塑模具制造材料通常采用塑料模具钢模块,常用的材质主要为碳素结构钢、碳素工具钢、合金工具钢,高速钢等。注射成型加工方式通常适用于热塑料品的制品生产,用注射成型工艺生产的塑料制品十分广泛。注塑模具的排气是模具设计中的一个重要问题,特别是在快速注塑成型中,对注塑模的排气要求更加严格。
Plastic mold steel module is usually used as the manufacturing material of injection mold. The commonly used materials are carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, high speed steel, etc. Injection molding process is usually suitable for the production of thermoplastic products, and the plastic products produced by injection molding process are very extensive. The exhaust of injection mold is an important problem in mold design, especially in rapid injection molding, the exhaust requirement of injection mold is more strict.
1、注塑模具中气体的来源。
1. Source of gas in injection mold.

(1)浇注系统和模具型腔中存有的空气。
(1) Air in the gating system and mold cavity.
(2)有些原料含有未被干燥排除的水分,它们在高温下气化成水蒸气。
(2) Some raw materials contain water that is not removed by drying, and they are vaporized into water vapor at high temperature.
(3)由于注塑模具注塑时温度过高,某些性质不稳定的塑料发生分解所产生的气体。
(3) Because the temperature of injection mold is too high, some unstable plastics decompose and produce gas.
(4)塑料原料中的某些添加剂挥发或相互化学反应生成的气体。
(4) Gases generated by volatilization or chemical reaction of some additives in plastic raw materials.
2、排气不良的危害
2. Harm of poor exhaust
注塑模具的排气不良,将会给塑件的质量等诸多方面带来一系列的危害。主要表现如下:
The bad exhaust of injection mold will bring a series of harm to the quality of plastic parts. The main manifestations are as follows
(1)在注塑过程中,熔体将取代型腔中的气体,如果气体排出不及时,将会造成熔体充填困难,造成注射量不足而不能充满型腔。
(1) In the process of injection molding, the melt will replace the gas in the cavity. If the gas is not discharged in time, it will cause difficulty in filling the melt, resulting in insufficient injection volume and unable to fill the cavity.
(2)排除不畅的气体会在型腔内形成高压,并在的压缩程度下渗入塑料内部,造成气孔、空洞,组织疏松、银纹等质量缺陷。
(2) If the gas is not removed smoothly, high pressure will be formed in the mold cavity, and it will penetrate into the plastic with a certain degree of compression, resulting in quality defects such as pores, cavities, loose tissue, crazing, etc.
(3)由于气体被高度压缩,使得型腔内温度急剧上升,进而引起周围熔体分解、烧灼,使塑件出现局部碳化和烧焦现象。它主要出现在两股熔体的合流处,边角及浇口凸缘处。
(3) Because the gas is highly compressed, the temperature in the cavity rises sharply, which leads to the decomposition and burning of the surrounding melt, resulting in local carbonization and scorching of the plastic parts. It mainly occurs at the confluence of two melts, corner and gate flange.
(4)气体的排除不畅,使得进入各型腔的熔体速度不同,因此易形成流动痕和熔合痕,并使注塑模具的力学性能降低。
(4) Due to the poor gas removal, the melt velocity into each cavity is different, so it is easy to form flow marks and fusion marks, and reduce the mechanical properties of the injection mold.
(5)由于型腔中气体的阻碍,会降低充模速度,影响成型周期,降低生产效率
(5) Due to the obstruction of gas in the cavity, the filling speed will be reduced, the molding cycle will be affected, and the production efficiency will be reduced
