How to Prevent Heat Disposal Deformation of Fine Dies
详细包括如:堵孔、绑孔、机械固定、相宜的加热办法、精确选择模具的冷却方向和在冷却介质中的运动方向等。合理的回炽热处置工艺,也是增加精细复杂模具变形的无效措施。
Details include: blocking, binding, mechanical fixing, appropriate heating method, precise selection of cooling direction of the die and movement direction in the cooling medium, etc. Reasonable regeneration heat treatment process is also an ineffective measure to increase the deformation of fine and complex dies.
合理选材。关于精细复杂模具,应选择材质好的微变形模具钢(如空淬钢);对碳化物偏析严峻的模具钢,应停止合理铸造,并停止调质热处置;对较大和无法铸造模具钢,可停止固溶双细化热处置。
Reasonable selection of materials. For fine and complex die, micro-deformed die steel with good material (such as air-quenched steel) should be selected; for die steel with severe carbide segregation, reasonable casting should be stopped and heat treatment of quenching and tempering should be stopped; for larger and non-castable die steel, dual-refinement heat treatment can be stopped.
模具构造设计要合理,厚薄不要太悬殊,外形要对称,关于变形较大的模具,要掌握变形规律,预留加工余量;关于大型、精细复杂模具,可采用组合构造。
The design of die structure should be reasonable, the thickness should not be too different, the shape should be symmetrical. For the die with large deformation, the deformation law should be mastered and the processing allowance should be reserved. For the large, fine and complex die, the combined structure can be used.
精细复杂模具要停止事后热处置,消弭机械加工进程中发生的剩余应力。

在修补模具砂眼、气孔、磨损等缺陷时,选用冷焊机等热影响小的修复设备,以防止修补进程中变形的发生。
When repairing defects such as sand holes, air holes and wear of dies, cold welding machines and other repair equipments with less thermal impact are selected to prevent deformation during repairing process.
