模温对塑件的影响你了解吗?

模具在成型时温度的高低对塑件质量有着很大的影响:
Temperature of moulds during moulding has a great influence on the quality of plastic parts.
1)成形功能
1) Forming function
·模温过低,会下降熔体流动性,可能发生欠注;
· If the die temperature is too low, the melt fluidity will decrease and the underinjection may occur.
·模温过高,会加强熔体流动性,制品缩短率增大,影响尺度精度。
· If the die temperature is too high, the melt fluidity will be strengthened, the product shortening rate will be increased, and the scale accuracy will be affected.
2)塑件变形
2) Deformation of plastic parts
·模具温差过大,会使塑件冷却不均匀,缩短不一致,由此发生应力而引起塑件翘曲变形,特别壁厚不均和形状复杂的塑件更为突出。
· The excessive temperature difference of the mould will make the cooling of the plastic parts uneven and shorten inconsistently, which will lead to the warping deformation of the plastic parts, especially the plastic parts with uneven wall thickness and complex shape.
3)尺度稳定性
3) Scale stability
·结晶性塑料,模温高有利于结晶过程的进行,充沛结晶的塑件,在存放或运用中不会发生尺度变化;但结晶度高缩短大。
· Crystalline plastics, high mold temperature is conducive to the crystallization process, abundant crystalline plastic parts, in storage or use will not change the size; but the high crystallinity shortens greatly.
·对较柔软的塑料,成形中宜用低模温,有利于尺度稳定。任何一种资料,模温恒定,缩短一致,均有利于提高尺度精度。
· For softer plastics, low die temperature is suitable for forming, which is conducive to scale stability. For any kind of data, constant mode temperature and uniform shortening are conducive to improving the scale accuracy.

4)力学功能
4) Mechanical function
·模温低,塑件熔接痕显着,下降强度;结晶型塑料,结晶度越高,塑件应力开裂倾向越大;为减小应力,模温不宜过高。
· Mold temperature is low, the weld mark of plastic parts is obvious, and the strength decreases; crystalline plastic, the higher the crystallinity, the greater the stress cracking tendency of plastic parts; in order to reduce stress, the mould temperature should not be too high.
·对PC一类高粘度的非结晶型塑料,其应力开裂与塑件内应力大小有关,升高模温有利于减小内应力,减小应力开裂趋势。
· For non-crystalline plastics such as PC with high viscosity, the stress cracking is related to the internal stress of the plastic parts. Raising the die temperature is beneficial to reduce the internal stress and the trend of stress cracking.
5)外观质量
5) Appearance quality
一般塑件,适当提高模温能有效改善塑件外观质量,使塑件表观光泽,轮廓清晰,下降粗糙度。
General plastic parts, properly increasing the mould temperature can effectively improve the appearance quality of plastic parts, make the appearance of plastic parts glossy, clear outline, and reduce the roughness.
