为什么注塑模具分型面会有毛边?

模具分型面精度差。模具模芯的平面度较差使模具合模时产生间隙,导致出现分型面毛边。
The accuracy of parting surface is poor. The poor flatness of the die core causes clearance when the die closes, resulting in the appearance of parting surface rough edges.

2. Technological aspects
(1)厚产品要用低速充模。加料量过大造成分型面毛边。值得注意的是不要为了防止凹陷而注入过多的熔料,这样凹陷未必能“填平”,而分型面毛边却会出现。这种情况应用延长注射时间或保压时间来解决。
(1) Thick products should be molded at low speed. Excessive feeding results in rough edge of parting surface. It is noteworthy not to inject too much melt in order to prevent the depression, so that the depression may not be "filled", but the parting surface will appear rough edges. This situation should be solved by prolonging injection time or holding time.
(2)机筒、喷嘴温度太高或模具温度太高都会使塑料黏度下降,流动性增大,在流畅进模的情况下造成分型面毛边。
(2) Too high the temperature of barrel and nozzle or mould will decrease the viscosity of plastic and increase the fluidity of plastic, resulting in the rough edge of parting surface under the condition of smoothly entering the mould.
(3)注射压力过高或注射速度过快。由于高压高速,对模具的张开力增大导致溢料。要根据产品厚薄来调节注射速度和注射时间,薄产品要用高速迅速充模,充满后不再进注;
(3) The injection pressure is too high or the injection speed is too fast. Because of high pressure and high speed, the opening force of the die increases, resulting in spills. The injection speed and injection time should be adjusted according to the thickness of the product. The thin product should be filled with high speed and quickly, and no further injection should be made after filling.

3.机械设备方面:
3. Mechanical equipment:
(1)成型机锁模力不足。选择注塑机时,机器的额定锁模力必须高于注射成型制品纵向投影面积在注射时形成的张力,否则将造成胀模,出现分型面毛边。
(1) The clamping force of the forming machine is insufficient. When choosing injection moulding machine, the rated clamping force of the machine must be higher than the tension formed by the longitudinal projection area of the injection moulding product during injection, otherwise it will cause the expansion of the mould and the appearance of the parting surface.
(2)合模装置调节不佳,肘杆机构没有伸直,产生或左右或上下合模不均衡,模具平行度不能达到的现象造成模具单侧一边被合紧而另一边不密贴的情况,注射时将出现分型面毛边。
(2) Bad adjustment of clamping device, no straightening of elbow bar mechanism, uneven clamping of left and right or upper and lower dies, and inaccessible parallelism of dies result in the situation that one side of the die is closed tightly while the other side is not tightly adhered, and the parting surface will appear during injection.
(3)模具本身平行度不佳,或装得不平行,或模板不平行,或拉杆受力分布不均、变形不均,这些都将造成合模不紧密而出现分型面毛边。
(3) The poor parallelism of the die itself, or the non-parallelism of the assembly, or the non-parallelism of the template, or the uneven distribution of the force on the tie rod and the uneven deformation, all of these will cause the die closure not close and the parting surface rough edge will appear.
(4)止回环磨损严重;弹簧喷嘴弹簧失效;料筒或螺杆的磨损过大;入料口冷却系统失效造成“架桥”现象;机筒调定的注料量不足,缓冲垫过小等都可能造成分型面毛边反复出现,必须及时维修或更换配件。
(4) Severe wear of check ring, spring failure of springs nozzle, excessive wear of barrel or screw, failure of cooling system at inlet and outlet causes "bridge" phenomenon, insufficient feeding amount of barrel and too small cushion cushion may cause repeated occurrence of gross edge of parting surface, and parts must be repaired or replaced in time.

(1)塑料原料粒度大小不均时会使加料量变化不定,出现分型面毛边。

(2)塑料黏度太高或太低都可能出现分型面毛边。黏度低的塑料如尼龙、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等,则应提高合模力;吸水性强的塑料或对水敏感的塑料在高温下会大幅度的降低流动黏度,增加分型面毛边的可能性,对这些塑料必须彻底干燥;掺入再生料太多的塑料黏度也会下降,必要时要补充滞留成分。塑
(2) If the viscosity of plastic is too high or too low, the parting surface may appear rough edge. Plastics with low viscosity, such as nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., should improve the closing force.
