如何才能解决注塑制品有熔接缝的问题?

熔融塑料在型腔中由于遇到嵌件孔洞、流速不连贯的区域、充模料流中断的区域而以多股形式汇合时,因不能完全熔合而产生线性的熔接缝。此外在发生浇口喷射充模也会生成熔接缝,熔接缝处的强度等性能很差。济南注塑模具厂家经过研究发现,造成这一现象的主要原因如下:
When molten plastics converge in multiple strands in the cavity due to encountering insert holes, regions with incoherent flow rate and regions with interrupted filling material flow, linear welds are produced due to incomplete fusion. In addition, when spray filling occurs, welds will also be formed, and the strength of welds is poor. Jinan injection mold manufacturer found that the main reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:
一、加工方面:(1)注射压力、速度过高时,会出现喷射而出现熔接缝。
1. Processing: (1) When the injection pressure and speed are too high, there will be spray and weld.
(2)注射压力、速度过低,料筒温度、模温过低,造成进入模具的融料过早冷却而出现熔接缝。
(2) The injection pressure and speed are too low, the barrel temperature and the die temperature are too low, which results in premature cooling of melt material entering the die and weld joint.
(3)塑料要干燥好,再生料应少用,脱模剂用量太多或质量不好也会出现熔接缝。
(3) Plastics should be dried well, recycled materials should be used less, too much release agent or poor quality will also appear welds.
(4)应增加转速,增加背压压力使塑料粘度下降,密度增加。
(4) The rotational speed should be increased, and the back pressure should be increased to decrease the viscosity and increase the density of plastics.
(5)降低锁模力,方便排气。
(5) Reduce the clamping force to facilitate exhaust.
二、模具方面:(1)浇道过大、浇注系统尺寸不当,浇口开设尽量避免熔体在嵌件孔洞周围流动,或尽量少用嵌件。
2. Mold aspect: (1) The gate is too large and the size of the gating system is inappropriate. The gate should be set to avoid the melt flowing around the hole of the insert or to use the insert as little as possible.
(2)同一型腔浇口过多,应减少浇口或对称设置,或尽量靠近熔接缝设置。
(2) If there are too many gates in the same cavity, the gate or symmetrical setting should be reduced, or as close as possible to the weld setting.
(3)熔接缝处排气不良,应开设排气系统。
(3) Exhaust system should be set up for poor exhaust at weld joint.
(4)必要时应在熔接缝处开设熔合井使熔接缝脱离制件。
(4) If necessary, a fusion well should be set up at the weld joint to separate the weld from the workpiece.
(5)壁厚变化过大,或壁厚过薄,应使制件的壁厚均匀。
(5) If the wall thickness changes too much or is too thin, the wall thickness of the parts should be uniform.

三、塑料方面:(1)塑料含的杂质多,必要时要换质量好的塑料。

(2)对流动性差或热敏性的塑料应适当添加润滑剂及稳定剂。
(2) Lubricants and stabilizers should be properly added to plastics with poor fluidity or thermal sensitivity.
解决方法:
Resolvent:
(1)提高料筒温度特别是射嘴温度,还应提高模具温度。
(1) Increasing the temperature of the barrel, especially the temperature of the nozzle, should also increase the temperature of the die.
(2)提高注射压力与速度,使其快速充模型腔。
(2) Improving the injection pressure and speed to fill the model chamber quickly.
(3)改善流道、浇口尺寸,防止阻力过大。
(3) Improve the size of runner and gate to prevent excessive resistance.
(4)模具排气要良好,要设置足够大的冷料井。
(4) Die exhaust should be good, and a large enough cooling well should be set up.
(5)制件不要设计得过于薄。
(5) Do not design the parts too thin.
