(1)树脂压力

树脂压力对收缩率影响很大,树脂压力若大,收缩率变小,制品尺寸则大。即使在同一模腔内,树脂压力也因制品形状不同而异,因此产生收缩率差异。在多腔模的场合,各模腔内树脂压力容易产生差异,结果各模腔的收缩率也不相同。

Even in the same mold cavity, the resin pressure varies with the shape of the product, resulting in shrinkage difference. (2)模具温度

无论是非结晶性树脂或是结晶性树脂,模具温度若高,收缩率则变大.精密成型要将模具温度维持在特定温度。在模具设计时,必须注意冷却回路设计。

(3)浇口截面积一般说来,改变浇口截面积时,收缩率也变化.收缩率随着浇口尺寸变大而变小,这与树脂的流动性有关。

(4)制品壁厚度

制品壁厚度也影响收率.对于非结晶性树脂,因树脂对壁厚的收缩率影响倾向不同,壁厚大,收缩率也大,反之,收缩率变小。而对于结晶性树脂,必须避免壁厚变化特别大。在多腔模的情形,如果模腔壁厚有差异,收缩率也将产生差异.

用玻瑞纤维增强树脂时,加玻纤量愈多,收缩率则愈小,流动方向的收缩率比横向收缩率小,根据树脂其差较大,为了防止扭曲飞翘曲,必须考虑浇口形状飞侥口位置和浇口数.
