1.设计工艺
1. Design process
模具强度不够,刀口间距太近,模具结构不合理,模板块数不够,无垫板垫脚,模具导向不准,间隙不合理。
The strength of the die is not enough, the distance between knife edges is too close, the structure of the die is unreasonable, the number of template blocks is not enough, there is no cushion plate foot, the guide of the die is not accurate, and the gap is unreasonable.
(1)排样与搭边  不合理的往复送料排样法,以及过小的搭边值,往往会造成模具急剧磨损或凸、凹模啃伤。合理选择排样方法和搭边值,以提高模具寿命。
(1) The unreasonable reciprocating feeding layout method between layout and lapping, and too small lapping boundary value often cause sharp wear of dies or gnawing of convex and concave dies. Reasonable selection of layout method and lapping boundary value can improve die life.
(2)模具的导向机构精度  准确和可靠的导向,对于减少模具工作零件的磨损,避免凸、凹模啃伤影响极大,尤其是无间隙和小间隙冲裁模、复合模和多工位级进模则更为有效。为提高模具寿命,必须根据工序性质和零件精度等要求,正确选择导向形式和确定导向机构的精度。
(2) The precise and reliable guidance of the guide mechanism of the die has great influence on reducing the wear of the working parts of the die and avoiding the gnawing of the convex and concave dies, especially for blanking dies without clearance and small clearance, compound dies and multi-position progressive dies. In order to improve the service life of the die, it is necessary to correctly select the guiding form and determine the precision of the guiding mechanism according to the requirements of the process nature and the precision of the parts.
(3)模具(凸、凹模)刃口几何参数。

2.冲压工艺
2. Stamping process
冲压零件的原材料厚度公差超差、材料性能波动、表面质量较差(如锈迹)或不干净(如油污)等,会造成模具工作零件磨损加剧、易崩刃等不良后果。为此,应当注意:
The excessive thickness tolerance of raw materials, fluctuation of material properties, poor surface quality (such as rust) or unclean (such as oil stain) of stamping parts will lead to worsening wear of working parts of die and other adverse consequences. To this end, attention should be paid to:
(1)尽可能采用冲压工艺性好的原材料,以减少冲压变形力;

(2)冲压前,应严格检查原材料的牌号、厚度及表面质量等,并将原材料擦拭干净,必要时,应清除表面氧化物和锈迹;

(3)根据冲压工序和原材料种类,必要时可安排软化处理和表面处理,以及选择合适的润滑剂和润滑工序。

3.模具研磨平面度不够,产生挠曲变形

模具工作零件表面质量的优劣,对于模具的耐磨性、抗断裂能力及抗粘着能力等有着十分密切的关系,直接影响模具的使用寿命,尤其是表面粗糙度值对模具寿命影响很大。若表面粗糙度值过大,在工作时会产生应力集中现象,并在其峰、谷间容易产生裂纹,影响冲模的耐用度,还会影响工件表面的耐蚀性,直接影响冲模的使用寿命和精度,为此,应注意以下事项:
The surface quality of the working parts of the die has a close relationship with the wear resistance, fracture resistance and adhesion resistance of the die, which directly affects the service life of the die, especially the surface roughness value. If the surface roughness value is too large, stress concentration will occur during working, and cracks will easily occur between its peak and valley, which will affect the durability of the die and the corrosion resistance of the workpiece surface, and directly affect the service life and accuracy of the die. Therefore, the following points should be paid attention to:
(1)模具工作零件加工过程中,必须防止磨削烧伤零件表面现象,应严格控制磨削工艺条件和工艺方法(如砂轮硬度、粒度、冷却液、进给量等参数);
(1) In the processing of die and mould working parts, it is necessary to prevent grinding burn on the surface of parts, and strictly control grinding process conditions and methods (such as grinding wheel hardness, particle size, coolant, feed rate, etc.).
(2)加工过程中,应防止模具工作零件表面留有刀痕、夹层、裂纹、撞击伤痕等宏观缺陷,这些缺陷的存在会引起应力集中,成为断裂的根源,造成模具早期失效;
(2) Macroscopic defects such as knife marks, interlayer, cracks and impact scars should be prevented on the surface of the working parts of the die in the process of processing. The existence of these defects will cause stress concentration, become the root of fracture and cause the early failure of the die.
(3)采用磨削、研磨和抛光等精加工和精细加工,获得较小的表面粗糙度值,提高模具使用寿命。
