一般情况来说,塑料材料性能的复杂性决定了注塑件成型过程的复杂性。塑料材料的性能又因品种不同、生产注塑件加工条件不同、牌号不同、甚批次不同出现很大的区别,这是有规律。因此不同的性能参数可能导致完全不同的成型结果。性能参数的设定是一定要注意的。
