1、注塑机及模具要素的影响

  要选择与注塑加工容量相当的注塑机,如果注塑机有材料死角等问题,还是替换设备比较好。模具浇注系统、排气槽等色差的原因可以通过对应部分的模具的维护模具来。须先设备和模具的问题,才能组织生产,减低问题的复杂性。

  在生产中,由于某加热线圈的破损故障或加热控制部分的失控引起的汽缸温度的急剧变化,经常会产生色差。

  如果因为色差以外的原因需要调整注塑加工工艺参数,如果尽可能不改变注塑温度、背压、注塑周期和色母的添加量,还须观察工艺参数的变化对色差的影响。
