1.尺寸精度
1. Dimensional accuracy
指加工后零件的实际工作尺寸与零件进行尺寸的公差的相符合以及程度。
It refers to the consistency and degree between the actual working dimension of the processed part and the tolerance of the dimension of the part.
尺寸精度由尺寸公差控制。尺寸公差是零件尺寸在切削加工过程中允许的变化量。在基本尺寸相同的情况下,尺寸公差越小,尺寸精度越高。
Dimensional accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerance. Dimensional tolerance is the allowable variation of part size in the process of machining. When the basic dimensions are the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.
 
2.形状精度
2. Shape accuracy
指被加工零件表面的实际几何形状与理想几何形状的重合程度。评定形状精度有6项,如直线度、平面度、圆度、圆柱度和线轮廓。形状精度由形状公差控制。除圆度和圆柱度外,所有形状公差都分为12个精度等级。1级高,12级低。
It refers to the coincidence degree between the actual geometry and the ideal geometry of the machined part surface. There are 6 items to evaluate the shape accuracy, such as straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity and line contour. Shape accuracy is controlled by shape tolerance. Except roundness and cylindricity, all shape tolerances are divided into 12 accuracy levels. Level 1 high, level 12 low.
 
3.位置精度
3. Position accuracy
指加工后零件进行有关研究表面企业之间的实际工作位置以及精度差别。评定一个位置信息精度的项目有平行度、垂直度、倾斜度、同轴度、对称度、位置度、圆跳动和全跳动等八项。位置定位精度是用位置公差来控制的,各项活动目的不同位置公差亦分为12个精度评价等级。
It refers to the actual working position and accuracy difference between enterprises after relevant research on machined parts. There are eight items to evaluate the accuracy of a position information, such as parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, coaxiality, symmetry, position, circular runout and total runout. Positional positioning accuracy is controlled by positional tolerance. For different purposes of various activities, positional tolerance is also divided into 12 accuracy evaluation grades.
通常在设计机械零件和确定加工精度时,应注意控制位置公差中的形状误差,位置误差应小于尺寸公差。
